"Timmy Global Health is an Indianapolis-based nonprofit that builds healthy futures by expanding access to healthcare and education, while empowering students and volunteers to engage directly in global development. In collaboration with its international and US partners, Timmy facilitates medical brigades and channels financial, medical, and human resources to community-based health and education projects. Through our work, we seek to strengthen local health and education systems while promoting a spirit of humanitarianism and global awareness amongst our volunteers. With 16 student run college chapters around the country, Timmy provides a unique opportunity for pre-professionals of all disciplines to experience a hands-on application of global health."
